By accessing or purchasing from IvoMarket LLC ("we", "our", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

Products and Licences

We sell digital products including PLR (Private Label Rights) content, MRR (Master Resell Rights) bundles, Canva templates, courses, and eBooks. Unless otherwise stated:

• PLR: You may edit, rebrand, and resell the product as your own.
• MRR: You may resell the product and pass resell rights to your customers.
• Personal Use: Where explicitly stated, the product is for personal use only.

Digital Delivery

All products are delivered digitally. After a successful payment, download links are sent to the email address provided at checkout. If you experience any issue receiving your download, contact us and we will resend it promptly.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in the currency shown on the product page. Payments are processed securely by Stripe or PayPal. We do not store your payment card details at any time.

Refund Policy

Due to the instant digital nature of our products, we generally do not offer refunds once a download link has been delivered. However, we will consider requests in the following circumstances:

• The file is corrupted or cannot be opened and we cannot provide a working replacement.
• The product delivered is materially different from what was described.
• A duplicate order was placed accidentally (reported within 24 hours).

To request a refund, contact us within 7 days of purchase with your order reference number.

Prohibited Uses

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe intellectual property rights beyond the granted licence
• Distribute malware, spam, or harmful content
• Resell products whose licence explicitly prohibits resale
• Attempt unauthorised access to our systems

Intellectual Property

The IvoMarket LLC website design, branding, and any original content we create remain our exclusive intellectual property.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our products and website are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Any income or earnings examples shown are illustrative only and not guarantees.

Limitation of Liability

IvoMarket LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by applicable laws. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in our operating jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
